SHADOW / TERMS

The operating agreement.

These terms set the boundaries for using Shadow X: you make the trading decisions, Shadow X coordinates the instructions you choose to send, and market risk remains yours.

1. Agreement

For these terms, Shadow X, we, us and our mean Hikaru Koji, an individual providing the service under the trading name Shadow X. Shadow X is a trading name, not a company or separate legal entity. The service provider's business address is 22 Wisma Pantai Jln 4/83A Off Jln Pantai Baharu 59200 Wilayah Persekutuan 59200 Malaysia.

These Terms of Use apply when you browse Shadow X, create an account, start a trial, purchase a plan or use the service. By doing so, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, the Billing and Cancellation Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. A separate risk agreement is presented for explicit acceptance before first use.

If you do not agree, do not create an account, connect a trading account or use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter an agreement, and be permitted to use both Shadow X and HFM where you live. You may connect only an HFM trading account that you own or are expressly authorised to operate. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with laws, broker terms and account restrictions that apply to you.

Shadow X is offered internationally where lawful and where the required HFM and payment services are available. International availability does not mean the service is offered in every country or to every person.

You must not purchase or use Shadow X where doing so would breach applicable law, sanctions, embargoes, restricted-party rules, HFM eligibility or territorial restrictions, Stripe or payment-provider requirements, or another binding compliance restriction. We may decline, restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to comply with those requirements.

3. What Shadow X does

Shadow X is a hosted, operator-controlled command, coordination, monitoring and record-keeping service for compatible HFM MetaTrader 5 gold accounts. Supported symbols are XAUUSD and XAUUSDC.

You choose the trading plan, settings and commands. Shadow X does not decide what you should trade, provide investment advice, provide trading signals, manage your money, promise a result or guarantee that an instruction will produce a particular market outcome. It is not a broker and does not hold customer trading funds.

4. Trading and technology risk

Leveraged trading carries substantial risk and can result in rapid losses. Your capital is at risk. Past, hypothetical or simulated examples do not predict future performance.

Market conditions, broker execution, spreads, slippage, account permissions, internet or terminal connections, third-party systems, maintenance and software faults can delay, change or prevent an instruction or notification. 5. HFM relationship

HFM is a third-party broker. Shadow X participates in an HFM partner or affiliate relationship and may receive compensation connected with referred or matched accounts. Shadow X is independently operated and does not control HFM account approval, pricing, execution, platform availability or broker terms.

Compatibility or participation in the partner programme is not a guarantee or endorsement of Shadow X, a trading strategy or any trading outcome. The Shadow X HFM-verified subscription rate is conditional on at least one Shadow-mapped account continuing to be matched and approved in completed HFM partner reports. Two consecutive completed report misses are required before eligibility ends; failed or partial reports do not count. Shadow X gives notice of the Standard price and affected renewal, does not reprice an already-paid period, and restores the discount automatically if eligibility returns before a future renewal. Its 30% reduction is provided by Shadow X and is not an HFM promotion or trading-account rebate.

6. Your account and instructions

  • Provide accurate registration, billing, HFM mapping and contact information.
  • Keep your Shadow X login and HFM credentials confidential.
  • Review account mappings, settings and commands before using them with live funds.
  • Maintain sufficient access to your broker account to monitor and intervene independently.
  • Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access, an incorrect mapping or a material service fault.

Shadow X uses the HFM trading ID, trading Master password and server you submit to provision and connect the assigned terminal. You authorise that use for each account you map.

7. Trial, plans and billing

Eligible customers may receive one 7-day free trial of the Basic plan per customer. A payment method is required. The Basic trial includes one Master and no Slaves, and no charge is made during the seven-day trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, Basic is charged and continues automatically.

Expert, Premium, Elite and Ultimate do not include a free trial. Stripe charges the price shown at Checkout immediately, and the selected tier's capacity begins only after payment succeeds. All paid plans renew every 30 days until cancelled; this is an exact 30-day cycle, not a calendar month.

Standard pricing applies until verified HFM eligibility has been approved and reflected in billing. Plan capacity is reserved and priced whether every terminal is connected or not. Full cancellation, billing-error and refund-request information appears in the Billing and Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Shadow X unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or another person. In particular, you must not:

  • Connect an account you are not authorised to operate.
  • Attempt to bypass account, plan, trial, billing or access controls.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service to distribute malware, abusive content or unlawful communications.
  • Misrepresent Shadow X as a broker, adviser, signal provider, profit guarantee or managed-account service.
  • Resell or make the service available to another person without written permission.

9. Service access and suspension

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to maintain the service, respond to a security or abuse concern, comply with law, address non-payment, or investigate a serious breach of these terms. Paid capacity depends on current subscription status and successful payment.

You remain responsible for monitoring your HFM accounts and for taking action directly through HFM or MetaTrader 5 when needed. A Shadow X outage or suspension does not remove that responsibility.

10. Governing law and courts

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with Shadow X are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right or exclusive jurisdiction that applicable law requires, the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these terms or the service. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights, remedies, responsibilities or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service, billing model, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current published version. If a change requires notice or renewed consent under applicable law, that process will be followed.
